The Command Palette provides fast keyboard-driven navigation without reaching for the mouse.

Opening the palette

Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux from anywhere in the console. Alternatively, click the search icon in the top-right area of the page header.

What you can do

Type the name of any page to jump to it instantly. All main navigation pages are available:
  • Overview
  • My Assignments
  • All Assignments
  • Companies
  • SLA Monitor
  • GraphQL API
Admin-only pages are only shown to users with the Admin role.

Search for a company

Type any part of a company name and the palette will show matching companies (up to 10 results). Click a result to navigate directly to that company’s detail page. This is the fastest way to navigate to a specific client without going through the Companies list and scrolling/searching there.

Keyboard navigation

Inside the palette:
  • Type to filter results
  • ↑ / ↓ arrow keys to move between results
  • Enter to navigate to the selected result
  • Escape to close the palette
