COps Management dashboard
New features
- COps Management dashboard — A new COps Management page is now available in the sidebar under Management. It provides a high-level view of COps team performance across all active companies, including open production counts, SLA breach highlights, average delivery times, and projected finish dates. Expand any COps member row to see their full list of open productions with SLA status.
Unassigned filter and admin management
New features
- Unassigned filter on Assignments — The Assignments page now includes an Unassigned option in the by-user dropdown. Select it to see all productions that are missing a CSM, COps, or POC assignment. You can narrow the filter to specific roles using the checkbox options, making it easy to find and fill staffing gaps.
- Shook Admins management — Admins can now view and manage platform admin membership from a new Shook admins section in Settings. Select one or more admins and remove their admin role in bulk.
Updates
- Settings navigation — The Settings page now has a secondary sidebar with separate sections for SLA defaults and Shook admins, so you can jump between settings areas without leaving the page.
Supporting COps, assignee filter, and table improvements
New features
- Supporting COps — You can now assign supporting COps to individual projects and production plans. Supporting COps appear in My Assignments with a dedicated badge and stats, making it easy to see everything you’re involved in at a glance.
- SLA Monitor assignee filter — Admins can now filter the SLA Monitor by assignee. Use the new person filter dropdown to see only the plans assigned to a specific team member.
Updates
- Data Scope pagination — Data Scope now loads all companies automatically via pagination, so you no longer hit limits on large portfolios. Preset labels have been renamed to Show all and Selected only for clarity.
- Companies page size — The Companies table now lets you choose how many rows to display per page, with a Show all option for scanning the full list without paging.
Customizable SLA thresholds and Settings page
New features
- Settings page — A new Settings page is now available from the sidebar and the Command Palette (⌘K). Use it to configure global default SLA thresholds for each pipeline stage, replacing the previous fixed 3-day and 7-day limits.
- Company and project SLA overrides — You can now set custom SLA thresholds at the company and project level. Overrides cascade — project thresholds take priority over company thresholds, which take priority over global defaults.
Updates
- SLA Monitor search — The company search dropdown in the SLA Monitor now shows all companies, even when the current filter excludes some from the plan list. This makes it easier to find and jump to any company.
SLA days column on Assignments
Updates
- Days column on Assignments — The Assignments page now includes a Days column showing how long each production plan has been in its current stage. Rows are color-coded by SLA severity — amber for at-risk and red for overdue — so you can spot stalled plans at a glance without switching to the SLA Monitor.
Feature requests, canceled stage, and SLA improvements
New features
- Feature request form — You can now submit feature requests directly from the sidebar. Requests are tracked automatically and include your name and email.
- Canceled stage — Production plans now support a Canceled stage alongside Finished as a terminal state. The SLA Monitor, pipeline views, bulk actions, and stage dropdowns all recognize canceled plans.
Updates
- SLA Monitor: expand multiple projects — You can now open multiple projects at the same time in the SLA Monitor. Expanding one project no longer collapses the previous one.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the feature request form could fail to submit due to team key resolution errors.
- Fixed the feature request dialog overlapping the sidebar on mobile devices.
