All Assignments (/assignments)
The Assignments Monitor gives a complete view of how CSM, COps, and Customer POC roles are assigned across every company, project, and production plan in the portfolio. It also lets you change assignments in bulk.
Overview
The page displays a collapsible tree:Tabs
All Assignments tab
Shows the full company → project → plan tree for all active companies. Use this tab to:- Review the current assignment state across the entire portfolio
- Spot plans or projects that have no COps or POC assigned
- Reassign people when team members change
By User tab
Filter the tree to show only plans assigned to a specific person. Select a user from the dropdown, then choose the role to filter by: CSM, COps, or POC. This is useful for:- Reviewing a team member’s full workload across all clients
- Reassigning all of someone’s work when they go on leave
- Auditing which productions a specific person is responsible for
Bulk assignment operations
Apply COps / POC to all plans in a project: When you change COps or POC at the project level, a dialog appears asking how to handle plans that already have individual assignments:- Keep custom assignments — only update plans that currently use the project default; leave individually customised plans unchanged
- Override all — apply the new assignment to every plan in the project, including those with custom individual assignments
My Assignments (/my-assignments)
The My Assignments page shows all active production plans where you (the currently logged-in user) are assigned as CSM, COps, or POC.
Stat cards
Three cards show your total count of active responsibilities:| Card | Description |

| CSM | Companies where you are the Customer Success Manager |
| COps | Production plans where you are the Creative Operations person |
| POC | Production plans where you are the Customer Point of Contact |
Assignments table
All plans you are responsible for are listed in a single table, sorted by SLA severity — most overdue plans appear first so you can prioritise. Each row shows:- Plan name — clickable link to the plan detail page
- Company and project — which client and project this plan belongs to
- Your role badge — whether you are CSM, COps, or POC for this plan
- Current stage — inline dropdown to change the stage
- SLA badge — On Track / At Risk / Overdue with days count
