A production plan is the core unit of work in Shook Console. Each plan represents a collection of video variants being produced for a client, progressing through a 12-stage pipeline from Draft to Finished. The production plan detail page (/plans/[id]) gives a full view of a single plan.

Stage selector

At the top of the plan, a stage dropdown shows the current stage and allows you to change it. Next to it is the SLA badge indicating whether the plan is On Track, At Risk, or Overdue.
The SLA badge turns amber (At Risk) after 3 days in a stage and red (Overdue) after 7 days. Plans in the final Finished stage always show as On Track regardless of time.

Stage timeline

A visual numbered timeline shows all 12 pipeline stages in order, with the current stage highlighted. This lets you quickly see how far along the plan is in the full production workflow. The stages in order are:
  1. Draft
  2. Script Writing
  3. Scripts in Review
  4. Scripts in Revision
  5. Scripts in Translation
  6. Content Shooting
  7. Contents in Review
  8. Contents in Revision
  9. Video Variant Editing
  10. Video Variants in Review
  11. Video Variants in Revision
  12. Finished
See Pipeline Stages for a full description of each stage.

Video variants

Below the stage timeline, all video variants in the plan are listed as cards. Each card shows:
  • Name — the variant name
  • Review status — current review state
  • Last updated — when the variant was last modified

Bulk stage updates

When multiple production plans are selected on the Projects page, the SLA Monitor, or the Assignments pages, a floating Bulk Stage Bar appears at the bottom of the screen. The Bulk Stage Bar lets you move all selected plans to any pipeline stage in a single action. This is useful when a batch of plans complete a stage together and need to be advanced simultaneously.
