The COps Management dashboard (/cops-management) gives you a high-level view of Creative Operations (COps) team performance across all active companies. Use it to spot SLA breaches, track delivery timelines, and balance workload across COps members.

Summary cards

Six cards at the top of the page provide an at-a-glance snapshot of your entire portfolio:
CardDescription
Open productionsTotal number of active (non-finished, non-canceled) production plans
COps with active productionNumber of COps team members assigned to at least one open plan
Avg. delivery (finished, last 90d start)Average number of days from creation to completion for plans that finished and were started in the last 90 days
Over SLA (current step)Plans where the current stage has exceeded its SLA threshold
Expected finish this monthPlans projected to finish this calendar month based on remaining SLA time per stage
Expected finish next monthPlans projected to finish next calendar month based on remaining SLA time per stage

All open productions

Below the summary cards, an expandable section lists every open production plan across all active companies. Click Show all open productions to expand the list. Each row shows:
  • Production name — links to the plan detail page
  • Stage — the current pipeline stage
  • Project — links to the parent project
  • Company — links to the parent company
Plans that are over SLA are highlighted in red with an Over SLA badge, making it easy to identify which productions need immediate attention.

By COps member

The lower section breaks down the same data per COps team member. One row appears for each COps assignee who has at least one open production. If a plan has multiple COps assignees (primary and supporting), it counts toward each of them.
ColumnDescription
COpsTeam member name and email
OpenNumber of open productions assigned to this person
Avg. delivery (90d)Average delivery days for this person’s finished plans started in the last 90 days
Over SLANumber of their plans currently exceeding SLA
This mo.Plans expected to finish this month
Next mo.Plans expected to finish next month
Click the expand arrow on any row to see that person’s full list of open productions, with the same detail and SLA highlighting as the global list.
Use this view to balance workload across your COps team. If one member has a high Over SLA count, consider reassigning some of their plans from the Assignments page.

How SLA breach is calculated

A plan is marked Over SLA when the number of days since the plan was last updated exceeds the resolved SLA threshold for its current stage. The thresholds come from the cascade described in SLA health — project overrides take priority over company overrides, which take priority over the global defaults configured in Settings.

How expected finish is calculated

Expected finish date is calculated as today plus the sum of the SLA day limits for each remaining stage from the plan’s current stage through the end of the pipeline. Plans are bucketed into “this month” or “next month” based on whether that projected date falls within the current or next calendar month (UTC).
