This page is only accessible to Admins.
/cops-management) gives you a high-level view of Creative Operations (COps) team performance across all active companies. Use it to spot SLA breaches, track delivery timelines, and balance workload across COps members.
Summary cards
Six cards at the top of the page provide an at-a-glance snapshot of your entire portfolio:| Card | Description |

| Open productions | Total number of active (non-finished, non-canceled) production plans |
| COps with active production | Number of COps team members assigned to at least one open plan |
| Avg. delivery (finished, last 90d start) | Average number of days from creation to completion for plans that finished and were started in the last 90 days |
| Over SLA (current step) | Plans where the current stage has exceeded its SLA threshold |
| Expected finish this month | Plans projected to finish this calendar month based on remaining SLA time per stage |
| Expected finish next month | Plans projected to finish next calendar month based on remaining SLA time per stage |
All open productions
Below the summary cards, an expandable section lists every open production plan across all active companies. Click Show all open productions to expand the list. Each row shows:- Production name — links to the plan detail page
- Stage — the current pipeline stage
- Project — links to the parent project
- Company — links to the parent company
By COps member
The lower section breaks down the same data per COps team member. One row appears for each COps assignee who has at least one open production. If a plan has multiple COps assignees (primary and supporting), it counts toward each of them.| Column | Description |
