Moving plans between stages

You can change a production plan’s stage in several ways:
  • Inline stage dropdown — available on every plan row in all table views (Projects, SLA Monitor, Assignments, My Assignments)
  • Plan detail page — a stage selector at the top of the individual plan page
  • Bulk Stage Bar — select multiple plans and change all of them at once

SLA and stage timing

The SLA system tracks how long a plan has been in its current stage. Each time a plan moves to a new stage, the timer resets. Plans in the Finished stage are always considered On Track regardless of how long they’ve been there.
