Logging in

Shook Console uses magic link authentication — no password required
  1. Go to the Console URL and you’ll land on the login page.
  2. Enter your work email address and click Send Magic Link.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Shook Digital.
  4. Click the link in the email — you’ll be logged in automatically and redirected to the dashboard.
Magic links expire after a short time. If the link has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one.

The dashboard layout

Once logged in, the console is divided into two areas: The sidebar is the main navigation. What you see depends on your role:
  • Admins see the full menu: Overview, My Assignments, All Assignments, Companies, COps Management, SLA Monitor, Settings, and the GraphQL API developer tool.
  • Creators and Video Editors see only their Assignments workspace (coming soon).
  • Clients see My Overview and My Projects.
At the bottom of the sidebar:
  • Data Scope (admins only) — filter which companies are loaded across all queries. See Data Scope.
  • Your user info — your name, email, and role badge.
  • Log out button.

Content area (right)

Each page loads in the main content area. Most pages have:
  • A sticky header at the top with breadcrumb navigation showing where you are.
  • A ⌘K command palette trigger for quick navigation. See Command Palette.

Quick navigation

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the console to open the command palette. From there you can:
  • Jump to any page instantly by typing its name.
  • Search for a company by name to navigate directly to its detail page.

Your first steps

1

Check the SLA Monitor

Go to SLA Monitor to get an immediate view of production health across all active plans. Overdue (red) items need attention first.
2

Review your assignments

Go to My Assignments to see all active productions you’re personally responsible for as CSM, COps, or POC.
3

Browse companies

Go to Companies to see the full client portfolio. Use the status tabs (Active, Starred, Demo) to filter, and click a company name to drill into its projects and production plans.
