This page is only accessible to Admins.
The SLA Monitor (/sla) is the primary operational health dashboard. It gives you an immediate picture of which productions are progressing well and which need attention — across all active companies and projects.

Summary cards

At the top of the page, four summary cards give a quick snapshot:
CardDescription
Active PlansTotal number of non-finished production plans
OverduePlans that have been in their current stage for 7 or more days
At RiskPlans in stage for 3–6 days
On TrackPlans in stage for fewer than 3 days

Stage bar chart

Below the summary cards, a bar chart shows the average days per pipeline stage across all active plans. Bars are colour-coded by SLA severity:
  • Emerald (green) — average is under 3 days (On Track)
  • Amber — average is 3–6 days (At Risk)
  • Red — average is 7 or more days (Overdue)
This chart is useful for spotting which stages are causing systemic delays across your portfolio.

Bottleneck table

The main section of the page is a collapsible tree table, sorted worst-first (most overdue at the top). The hierarchy is:
Company
  └── Project
└── Production Plan (with stage, SLA badge, and days count)
Each production plan row shows:
  • The current pipeline stage (with an inline dropdown to change it)
  • The SLA badge — On Track / At Risk / Overdue with the number of days
  • The COps and POC assignees
Click a company or project row to expand it and see the plans inside.

Filters

Company status tabs

Filter the company list at the top of the tree using the tabs:
  • Active — active client companies only
  • Starred — priority/starred companies only
  • Demo — demo companies only
  • All — every company

Stage filter

A dropdown lets you filter the plan list to show only plans in a specific pipeline stage. This is useful when you want to focus on a particular part of the workflow (e.g., all plans currently in “Video Variants in Review”). A search box with typeahead lets you filter the tree to a specific company by name.

Bulk stage updates

Select multiple production plans using the row checkboxes. A floating Bulk Stage Bar appears at the bottom of the screen, letting you advance all selected plans to a new stage in one action.
A common workflow: filter to a specific stage using the stage filter, review all plans in that stage, select the ones that are ready, and bulk-advance them to the next stage.

Data Scope

If an admin has an active Data Scope filter, the SLA Monitor will only show companies within the selected scope. An amber banner at the top of the page indicates when a filtered scope is active.
